Who cannot
Google does not allow a Business Profile for online-only businesses with no in-person contact, lead-generation companies that pass customers to someone else, rental or for-sale properties, or virtual offices you do not actually work from. Without a Business Profile there is nowhere for the reviews to go, so Renomex cannot help those businesses.

We are deliberately small and deliberately narrow. Renomex does not post to social media, run your advertising, or build your website. It asks for reviews and it routes them properly. That is the whole product.

Yes. Asking a real customer for an honest review is permitted by Google and by every major platform. What is not permitted is paying for reviews, offering a discount in exchange for one, writing them yourself, or filtering who gets asked based on how happy you think they are. Renomex asks every customer the same question and never rewards a particular answer.
No, and we will not build it. Sending only happy customers to Google is called review gating, and Google's own policy prohibits merchants from discouraging negative reviews or selectively soliciting positive ones. Businesses caught doing it can have reviews removed and a warning banner placed on their listing. Renomex sends every customer to Google, whatever they think. The private note is offered to everyone alongside, never instead.
We do not publish a number, because any figure we invented would be worthless to you. What is well established across the industry is that asking at all, soon after the visit, produces far more reviews than not asking. How many you get depends on your customers and your business.
